About SaveFileTool
SaveFileTool is a focused browser-based editor for RPG Maker MZ .rmmzsave and MV .rpgsave files. The public editor is intentionally scoped, backup-first, and clear about its limits.
Our Scope
Separate public editors accept RPG Maker MZ .rmmzsave and MV .rpgsave files.
MV gold editing was verified in an official MV 1.6.1 trial project: 1234 to 98765, confirmed by loading the edited save in game.
Other RPG Maker extensions stay out of the public support promise until they are verified
with real save files.
We do not present the current public site as a universal save editor. If a format is not listed on the RPG Maker editor page, it is outside the public support scope for this build.
Privacy Model
The main editor reads and rebuilds selected files in the browser. Files selected on the home page are handed to the editor through browser storage, so the product message stays aligned with the local-processing workflow.
The current public build does not ship third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Optional local history and templates stay in browser storage you control.
